"Jamey Carroll #14 of the Los Angeles Dodgers breaks up the double play as shortstop Troy Tulowitzki #2 of the Colorado Rockies is upended during the fifth inning at Coors Field on June 11, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. The Dodgers defeated the Rockies 11-7."
That's how you're supposed to break up a double play.
If that wasn't enough, Jamey Carroll, a former Rockies player, went on to tally four hits and two RBIs en route to the win. I'd say that's not a bad day at the office. He seemed pretty excited about it.
It was a rough outing for the hometown bullpen but I'm not complaining. Shhhh, don't tell anyone that I'm a Dodgers fan.
This was my first Rockies game of the year but certainly won't be my last. I'm back at it again for the Sunday day game with the most tedious assignment I've ever had (read: 800ish stock photos). It will most definitely be a Pandora type of day.
