Today was the unofficial start to summer and all we got was cold cloudy weather with rain showers to end the day. I couldn't even get into the spirit of the holiday because it was freezing from the moment I woke up. I spent most of the day just lounging around inside.
After dinner my mom and I finally put together the menu for my graduation party and I'm really pleased with what we're going to be serving. I finally got my act together and designed the invitations that we're sending to friends and family. My mom has been on my case about it for weeks so I'm glad that it's taken care of.
I only have 6 hours of class time left in my academic career and I can't wait until its over. I have worked extremely hard over the past 18 years. It really hasn't hit me yet but when it does it's going to feel really good.
