Denver wedding photographers | Rebecca & George

I got lucky when Jane used this mirror and did her make-up by some great window light.

I loved Rebecca's earrings.
The dark bouquet really showed Rebecca's style and was perfect for a cool, fall Colorado day.
Hairspray can be dangerous! I kid, I kid.
Nathan documented George's last minute preparations.
Didn't you just have those earrings on five minutes ago?

These expressions are priceless.
The soft light from these windows was great to work with.

Rebecca and her girls had some legit dance moves.
You can't go wrong with stunner shades.
That gorgeous smile says it all.
Epic 12th floor views? I think so.

The thing I liked most about Rebecca Brown and George Kalinowsky's wedding at the Hyatt Regency in the Denver Tech Center was knowing that I could go out and just do my thing after shooting specific photos for other clients the past three days. I really value clients like Rebecca and George who instill trust in me and the way I see on their wedding day.

Finding little moments, storytelling ones, that stand out is always a fun challenge. The goal is to show people who weren't there what happened while also showing people who did attend something that they didn't already see.

I could feel Rebecca's anxious anticipation as we rode the glass elevator down from the 12th floor as she watched a room full of people awaiting her arrival. It's a great feeling to experience those little, once in a lifetime moments with a bride and then share the image, experience with everyone. It's something I know she'll remember, as they put it, 37 years from now, haha.

Those are the reasons I love what I do and can't wait to shoot a wedding again. I just have to wait until 2011 to do it again as this was my last one of the season. I'm sure football season will keep me busy in the meantime.
