The reality that ensues after a kid scores their first goal is priceless. It's a perfect case scenario for the ever so popular "a picture tells a thousand words."It's a lot of fun for me to go through my take each night and see their faces light up when they accomplish a task as small as learning to stop or skating backwards. They play as though they didn't just put on a pair of skates for the first time four days ago.
They're fearless, inspiring.
Friday is the big game and their excitement is at an all time high. It's the perfect culmination to one of my favorite weeks of the entire year and I can't wait.
