Vanessa Portocarrero and Mike Hamm tied the knot at Trinity United Methodist Church in downtown Denver on Saturday, July 31st and then made the quick and cosy walk across the street to The Brown Palace Hotel for their reception.I spent most of my time with the guys beforehand because Evan was doing the heavy lifting for the day. As someone who loves to tell the story of the entire day through images, it can be tough to be the navigator/first mate/second shooter/assistant at times but I know how important having one can be. I nearly always have a second shooter on hand because their role is often essential to helping tell that story.
Vanessa and Mike were so easy going and gave us the creative flexibility to do our thing so I had a blast for the short time that I was with them.
